Ottica Ilop ships worldwide, using reliable and secure express services such as DHL and other trusted couriers. We hope your experience receiving your order at home will be excellent.

Deliveries in Italy:
Free shipping on all orders. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

European Union:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over €400.

  • Standard shipping costs €10 for orders under €400.

  • Express shipping costs €20.

United Kingdom:
Customs fees are included in the price for shipments to the UK.
DHL Express delivery: €37

United States:
All orders shipped to the United States require a shipping fee of €30.

Rest of the World:

  • Orders over €350 require a shipping fee of €30.

  • Orders under €350 require a shipping fee of €50.

Our shipping service operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on business days. Orders are not processed for shipment on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received on holidays or weekends are handled on the next business day.

How to make your online shopping experience easier and more satisfying:

  • At checkout, please ensure you provide a correct shipping address, paying particular attention to the postal code. Once your order has been shipped, changing the delivery address is difficult and usually causes delays.

  • Before shipping your order, confirmation from your credit card issuer may be required. We do our best to minimize any waiting times.

  • We work closely with DHL to minimize potential delays; however, we cannot predict events such as strikes, weather disruptions, or routing errors on international shipments. If such events occur, we carefully monitor your delivery to ensure it is completed.

  • Before shipment, our opticians check the quality of every item to ensure it is defect-free. If you receive a product you have concerns about, please contact us immediately.

Customs charges:
Shipments within the European Union are not subject to import taxes. For shipments to the UK, North America, and the rest of the world, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees will be collected by the delivery carrier and must be paid before delivery.

Prices include VAT. Therefore, the carrier will not request additional taxes or fees at delivery.


Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. Contact us by phone or email to obtain a pre-filled return label to use for the return.
