Creato per il marchio italo-americano di alta gamma Ottomila, Floyd è un paio di occhiali che fa una dichiarazione di stile, reinterpretando in chiave moderna la silhouette classica degli occhiali aviator. Il modello presenta un doppio ponte nasale e una spessa montatura in acetato scolpita con cura per ottenere un design morbido e curvato. Le finiture di lusso tipiche di Ottomila includono l’acetato lucidato a mano, che ne esalta la materialità, e il logo in metallo incastonato nelle punte delle aste. Sunglasses and prescription glasses come in different sizes, suitable for a wide variety of face shapes. If you look at the temples (arms) of a pair of glasses you own, you will probably notice two or three numbers.
The first number (usually between 48 and 58) is the lens width in millimeters. The higher the number, the wider the lens.

The second number (between 15 and 25) represents the distance between the two lenses (bridge width).

The last number (between 135 and 150) indicates the length of the temples. If you have ever worn glasses that don’t sit well on your ears, you should consider a temple length of at least 145 mm.
