La collezione di occhiali da sole Nineteen Sixties di Oliver Peoples incarna l'estetica iconica degli anni '60, dalla forte ispirazione cinematografica e il design intramontabile. Oliver Sixties Sun reinterpreta la classica montatura Oliver quadrata, realizzata in acetato di prima qualità, arricchita da dettagli esclusivi: la smussatura dei bordi è fortementi angolata, l’anima a vista della montatura è in metallo, lavorata in filigrana con motivi geometrici ispirati agli intarsi presenti sui volumi in pelle dell’epoca. Gli stessi motivi si ritrovano nella placca personalizzata sul frontale e si ripetono modulari sulle cerniere e lungo le astine. Le lenti in vetro sono polarizzate e in colori scuri, dal verde al marrone al blu o specchiate. Il logo Oliver Peoples è serigrafato a contrasto all’interno delle astine. Sunglasses and prescription glasses come in different sizes, suitable for a wide variety of face shapes. If you look at the temples (arms) of a pair of glasses you own, you will probably notice two or three numbers.
The first number (usually between 48 and 58) is the lens width in millimeters. The higher the number, the wider the lens.

The second number (between 15 and 25) represents the distance between the two lenses (bridge width).

The last number (between 135 and 150) indicates the length of the temples. If you have ever worn glasses that don’t sit well on your ears, you should consider a temple length of at least 145 mm.
