Ray-Ban RB3449 iconic Aviator™ sunglasses are a semi-rimless update of the classic Large Metal Aviator, originated in 1937. These lightweight Aviator sunglasses are decorated with darted metal grommets and secure lightweight temples while delivering a sporty aesthetic to some of the coolest sunglasses in history. The flat edged metal temples finished with plastic end tips are a distinct characteristic. They come in mirrored and polarized style options.

Sunglasses and prescription glasses come in different sizes, suitable for a wide variety of face shapes. If you look at the temples (arms) of a pair of glasses you own, you will probably notice two or three numbers.
The first number (usually between 48 and 58) is the lens width in millimeters. The higher the number, the wider the lens.

The second number (between 15 and 25) represents the distance between the two lenses (bridge width).

The last number (between 135 and 150) indicates the length of the temples. If you have ever worn glasses that don’t sit well on your ears, you should consider a temple length of at least 145 mm.
