A timeless piece of eyewear created for the high-end Italian-American brand Ottomila, Stinger is an essential geometric silhouette characterized by a thick and sturdy acetate construction. Inspired by 1950s Italian film noir, the model exudes a mysterious energy, with its protruding temples and sharp lines. The rims were carefully carved on the sides, emphasizing a meticulous, obsessive attention to detail that characterizes Ottomila’s products. This model comes with grey acetate and deep blue tinted lenses. This translucent effect highlights the personalized metal core with Frank Lloyd Wright pattern decoration in the temples.

Sunglasses and prescription glasses come in different sizes, suitable for a wide variety of face shapes. If you look at the temples (arms) of a pair of glasses you own, you will probably notice two or three numbers.
The first number (usually between 48 and 58) is the lens width in millimeters. The higher the number, the wider the lens.

The second number (between 15 and 25) represents the distance between the two lenses (bridge width).

The last number (between 135 and 150) indicates the length of the temples. If you have ever worn glasses that don’t sit well on your ears, you should consider a temple length of at least 145 mm.
