Virgilio is a design with a whole lot of meaning, starting from its name and origin of the shape. Other than the black, the two color-ways have been created using rare and ultra-limited dead-stock acetate, because even the most special things in life come to an end. Sunglasses and prescription glasses come in different sizes, suitable for a wide variety of face shapes. If you look at the temples (arms) of a pair of glasses you own, you will probably notice two or three numbers.
The first number (usually between 48 and 58) is the lens width in millimeters. The higher the number, the wider the lens.

The second number (between 15 and 25) represents the distance between the two lenses (bridge width).

The last number (between 135 and 150) indicates the length of the temples. If you have ever worn glasses that don’t sit well on your ears, you should consider a temple length of at least 145 mm.
