Launched in 1985, this ideal driving sunglass is the original and emblematic lens of Serengeti®. The amber-colored Drivers lens naturally amplifies contrast and definition. It is engineered to transmit and distinguish red, green and yellow colors, so they can pop in all environments. This lens provides technicolor sensations of warmth and is ideal for driving because it enhances colors and contrast, while lightening and darkening to provide optimal light transmission in any condition. Overcast to medium light conditions. Ideal for Driving and Everyday use. Available in non-polarized and polarized ultra-light mineral and PhD™ 2.0 lenses. Absorbs 77% to 91% of the visible light, according to the lens. Blocks 89% to 96% of the blue light, according to the lens.

Sunglasses and prescription glasses come in different sizes, suitable for a wide variety of face shapes. If you look at the temples (arms) of a pair of glasses you own, you will probably notice two or three numbers.
The first number (usually between 48 and 58) is the lens width in millimeters. The higher the number, the wider the lens.

The second number (between 15 and 25) represents the distance between the two lenses (bridge width).

The last number (between 135 and 150) indicates the length of the temples. If you have ever worn glasses that don’t sit well on your ears, you should consider a temple length of at least 145 mm.
